before the truce was called, he was the first one to manage to find out one of the heroes’ identities due to an argument he got in with what he first thought was a random civilian over how long they were taking to order icecream from a truck.
so he spends most of his freetime stalking her out and making her life hell
after truce though he’s stuck only with the option to leer awkwardly from a distance
